Optimize internal processes and systems. Run leadership meetings and offsites, including agenda and prep work guidance, OKRs and follow-through on strategic projects.

Partner with CEO and exec team to lead strategic priorities and cross-functional projects...Getting Sh*t Done.  


Data-Driven Frameworks

Analyze data and insights to inform action, identify opportunities, and assist the CEO in facilitating effective decision-making.



Executive Communications

Fully brief and prepare CEO for key business activities including research, presentations, internal communications, customer briefings, and board meetings.  


Culture Building

Partner with HR to optimize the eNPS methodology and create a culture of engagement to improve performance, innovation, and employee retention.

Company Rebrand

Develop brand strategy and conduct research for a rebrand. Oversee change management and help launch new brand to the market.

Customer Engagement

Drive CEO customer engagement strategy and partner with leadership to build relationships beyond the CEO.


Fractional or Consulting

Act as your part-time Chief of Staff on an ongoing basis or consult on short-term projects.
